As owner of deLizious Food Communications, I have loved all things food for a very long time. My company was started in 1996, as Food Communication Services. Now as deLizious, I continue to provide clients with services such as:

With a degree in Food Science from the University of Minnesota, I understand food from both a science and consumer perspective. Named one of the University’s College of Human Ecology’s Distinguished Young Alumni, I’m also on the boards of Twin Cities Home Economists in Business and Les Dames d’Escoffier.
